Ubiquiti Unifi UCG-Ultra / UXG-Max 10″ 1U Rack Mount

Description

The new UniFi Cloud Gateway Ultra / Gateway Max fit really well into the UniFi line up replacing the old USG series of routers but are designed to sit on a table or shelf. I have designed a mount that holds the gateway securely into a 10″ rack whilst giving plenty of free space for ventilation. The mount comes with screws to secure the switch into the mount and 4 rack nuts, bolts and washers as well., everything you need to mount your router into your rack. I have designed the bracket to snugly fit the unit without leaving gaps and spaces around them, the design gains strength from this approach and looks less like a fancy shelf!

This is printed in the UK using UK manufactured PLA plastic. The plastic is compostable so will not pollute the environment when disposed of. By default the colour will be black (the pictures show in a grey colour) however I may be able to do custom colours on request although usually as a bulk order. All my brackets are designed to be strong and you could say over engineered compared to a lot of products available. They need to resist the twisting action placed on them by this type of mounting, the pricing reflects the amount of additional strengthening used to keep them rigid and also my insistence on using quality UK manufactured plastic not cheap amazon materials with a high carbon footprint.

As with all 3d printed products there may be imperfections in the surface of the mount however it’s designed to have a textured surface on the front facing parts which should make the bracket look uniform.
