Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following terms:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your order.
- The item(s) must be in original condition as it was sent out (unused, well packaged and undamaged).
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at salesdept@difficult2find.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Custom Colour/Design Orders:
- Custom colour or custom design orders (i.e., any products that have been specifically printed with a custom design or colour request) are not eligible for return.
- Please double-check your design and colour choices before submitting your order to ensure satisfaction.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email and process your refund (minus any applicable shipping charges).
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items:
- As noted above, custom colour and custom design orders are not eligible for returns.
- Other non-returnable items, if applicable, will be clearly marked on the product page.
