Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your order.
• The item(s) must be in original condition as it was sent out (unused, well packaged and undamaged).

Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at salesdept@difficult2find.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
• You will be responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Custom Colour/Design Orders:

• Custom colour or custom design orders (i.e., any products that have been specifically printed with a custom design or colour request) are not eligible for return.
• Please double-check your design and colour choices before submitting your order to ensure satisfaction.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email and process your refund (minus any applicable shipping charges).
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items:

• As noted above, custom colour and custom design orders are not eligible for returns.
• Other non-returnable items, if applicable, will be clearly marked on the product page.
